How Long Does Shipping Take

Fast shipping is something we take seriously. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship worldwide. No matter where your collection lives, we will do our best to get your figures there. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility. This does not apply to orders shipped within the United States.

Are Your Figures Compatible With Official LEGO Sets?

Yes. All Hex-Figs figures are LEGO compatible, meaning they integrate seamlessly with your existing collection. Our figures are independently produced custom collectibles and are not official LEGO products.

What is The Return Policy?

We want every collector to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition.
