Hex-Figs is a Colorado-based custom minifigure brand operated by an independent small business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to LEGO, Lucasfilm, Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros., or any other intellectual property holder whose characters may be depicted in the figures we carry. All character names, likenesses, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. The figures available through Hex-Figs are independently produced, LEGO-compatible custom collectibles and are not official licensed products of any brand.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on this Site, including but not limited to the Hex-Figs name, logo, branding, photography, written descriptions, and site design, is the exclusive property of Hex-Figs and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Unauthorized use of Hex-Figs intellectual property may result in legal action. Product images are used for identification and display purposes only. Hex-Figs makes no claim of ownership over any third-party intellectual property depicted in custom figures.

4. PURCHASES AND SALES

All sales made through this Site are subject to product availability. Hex-Figs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding transaction. All prices are listed in USD. Payment processor fees are handled by third-party providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
